Coaching

Coaching sessions where the ‘coachee’ and coach agree a strategy to engage with and understand their preferred behaviours and how to benefit from knowing how to work with and around the least preferred. The number of sessions are agreed and the timings with milestones, this is usually post PRISM Inventory but can be separate or at a later date.
